Planet Aid Office Space Fit-Out

The nine-month 130,000 sqft fit-out project included warehouse renovations featuring a new roof over the office areas, replacement and upgrades to the loading dock doors, installation of new loading dock/entry doors and the creation of an internal dumpster bay so that trash and recyclables could be handled inside the facility.

MULTI-FAMILY CONSTRUCTION

Old Reading Schoolhouse Condos

In June 2017, a fire enveloped several units of the four story, 40 unit Old Reading Schoolhouse condo building. The 7 alarm fire spread quickly through the building’s ceilings and through interconnected construction voids created during the original conversion to condominiums.


After the insurance investigation concluded in November 2017, Landmark’s first challenge was to close up the building before the winter elements could inflict further damage. The next phase of the project was construction and renovation. The project included not only the rebuild of the fire damaged units, but also a variety of other major renovation work.
